Samuel Tainsky

Sam Tainsky is a junior from Westchester, NY, studying Applied Economics and Management at the Dyson School within the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell. He currently serves as VP of Operations for the Mergersight Group, is a member of the Dyson Undergraduate Council, and is involved in Greek life. This past summer, Sam interned on the Private Equity team at Stone Point Capital, and he will be joining J.P. Morgan next summer as a Commercial & Investment Banking Summer Analyst within the Corporate & Specialized Industries group. Outside of academics and finance, Sam enjoys listening to classic rock, watching 80s movies, and following Formula 1. He can be reached at sit23@cornell.edu.
