An International Organization
​The MergerSight Group is a student-led financial research organization that unites like-minded students, driven by a shared purpose of providing in-depth analyses and reports on the world's most interesting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals. Our mission is to be the preeminent source of comprehensive and insightful research in the field of M&A, leveraging the intellect, passion, and diverse perspectives of our talented members. While initially beginning overseas, the Mergersight Group is now an international organization with chapters around the world, including here at Cornell.
New Member Education
Through a rigorous 10-week new member education series, we empower our members to become thought leaders in the field of M&A and finance. We tackle a variety of different subjects, equipping our members to dissect the complexities of M&A deals,. The aim of this process is to allow members to unravel the strategic decisions and uncover the valuable insights that drive successful outcomes.
